4.5" Tinkaton with swinging hammer, Espethra with flapping wings I guess (it isn't realistic to expect it in Select), Bellibolt with a soft belly and movable arms, Arboliva with arms that can move up and down into its wreath pose, Cyclizar (not sure of the gimmick)
Epic: Cetitan with swivel legs, ball joint arms, swivel tail, and opening mouth. Klawf
Select: Armarouge, Ceruledge, Baxcalibur, Koraidon, Miraidon (or if there's another size of figure that can allow them to transform and be articulated, then let's go for that)
