There's a rumor that he's considering suing the Roboskull kickstarter people, because he wants to make Red Shadows and thinks he owns them, even though he doesn't and wasn't able to copyright the name, and Hasbro actually owns them. Bobby's also friends with the youtuber, Analog Toys, who makes videos on Action Force(both the vintage and Bobby's knock off).
Not only this, but his Action Force line has nothing to do with actual Action Force and other companies are beating him to the punch doing their own Action Force inspired toys. He also thinks he owns the rights to Sgt. Slaughter and got really offended when Erik Arana the main guy who runs the toy company Bossfight Studio commented on how a recent Mattel Sgt Slaughter figure was the REAL Sgt Slaughter.
