That said, the length of time matters. IF you're only doing it like an hour or two a day, it's not going to discolor (noticeably) for 5-10 years.
In a decade, it's possible the plastic will oxidize enough to the point that it'll shift colors from air alone, and even start leaking plasticizers.
You'll never know when/if this shit will happen or what even did it in the first place.
Life is short, especially consumer goods, so enjoy it while you can.
