It wasn't until 2016 when FunPub actually gave him something to do in some fiction. They released a mini-comic in the style of the old toy pack-in comics of Armada and Energon with their Armada Skywarp toy. In it, Predacon is revealed to be the creator of Energon's Terrocons (at least in this universe, anyway), by experimenting on Mini-Cons.
