>>8375577I feel like a Pokemon line in general needs to be small, not just because some Pokemon are huge, but because it would have a real collectability to them. I think an ideal scale would probably be around 4" for a character like Blaziken, and then it could move around from there. And I bring up scale because scale is important to Pokemon, despite Pokemon figure history where Charmander was often as big if not bigger than Charizard, scale gives Pokemon progression. Tomy's 5" line was quite excellent, but I think Hasbro's old line was pretty good in the scale department, a Pokemon like Aggron came with a tiny Pokemon Shroomish (and others, like in pic below) and that gives it a greater sense of world building, I think.
Maybe one day someone will make an expansive articulated line, but for now I'm having fun with the Shodo figures.
