Generally, a dildo lacks aesthetics, there's no big loss in hiding it once you are done doing your deed. But if it's some $200 dragon dildo well then the rules are different, but let's not dwell on that.
So both are pervy, but I'm gonna hand it to the guy if they have the audacity to display such a piece. A person who's proud to display what they like says a lot more than a person who tries to hide what they like.
