Each squad is led by a staff sergeant, the weapons squad has two machine guns two bazookas plus squad leader, the platoon HQ is composed of the lieutenant or CO, first sergeant or XO, radio operator, platoon guide and medical officer. I have a lot of mortars so each squad and the weapon squad gets two, the 3 rifle squads have a flamethrower each and equipment like radio and minesweeper, 1st squad has a bazooka.
