>>8656379The waves of poor quality Outsidian forces, staging a surprise assault through a ground floor window while Republic forces were tied up with a frontal attack on the patio door, threatened to overwhelm the small garrison of police and army reserves holding the downstairs bathroom. But with a heroic last stand the defenders held them off just long enough for militia units to be rushed forward from the capital and regain control of the city’s water supply.
I tested out a simplified version of Chain of Command rules for the battle and found it fun, though not really built for the large number of forces involved (72 attackers and 45 defenders).
