These are the army men from that same store, a representative sample of the poses. They're clones of Airfix German Infantry, with the interesting modified officer pose where his cap has been replaced with a stahlhelm, more realistic for combat situations really. My records indicate the division strength to be over 200 effectives, almost all of them from that original dollar store visit. Despite being designated a Panzergrenadier unit their battle record is somewhat lacking; they've routinely been overlooked while the more glamourous Afrika Korps gets the nod for violence and action. I intend to rectify this in the near future, though whether it will be in the context of the Colour Wars or something else remains to be seen.

They're ninjas, got them at a mom-and-pop dollar store many years ago. Half the poses in >>822026 are from those, the other half are a different set that had some similar poses and were better made, think I got them from ToySoldiersDepot but I can't find them there anymore.

Pic slightly related, got these German infantry from the same dollar store; both sets came in little plastic bags and they were three or four for a dollar iirc. I really, really miss stores like that one...

I used to play with my soldiers in real time, in more recent years It's been limited to static setups though I'll do story progression occasionally.

For wargaming I obtained both editions of CombatStorm's rulebook and have played a bit, pretty decent system with room for customization. Unfortunately current lack of willing opponents means the books have mostly sat around unused for me, a fate my Starship Battles minis are also enduring at the moment.
