That's not to say that if I had to pick a favorite out of the two I wouldn't pick the BL1 Message Intercept Base. Something about that corridor really makes it work for me as a 70s-80s Sci-fi build.
It was also the first LEGO space set I bought when I started collecting these back in 2016 - that and the Blacktron 1 Invader ship. Good times.
