>>9731635Yeah, it was a really good deal for electronics / motors, very cool set for the price. Back in the day they called Creator 3-in-1 style products "Designer Sets", and they were a really incredible value rather than being just acceptable like nowadays.
Huge sets with alternate models and above average piece count, it'd be like if today's creator 3 in 1's cost 33-40% less MSRP, they felt like a steal even at the time. I can definitely see how LEGO is making more money now, and losing money back then.
