It was the English name for Baldigus and a random name given to the toy-only Wreckers combiner retooled from Fall of Cybertron Bruticus.
If Hasbro wanted to use a name related to the Turbomasters for a hypothetical combiner of them, the best candidate would probably be Hyperdrive, who was an unproduced Turbomaster whose toy was supposed to be bigger than that of Thunder Clash. But even that's nothing more than a guess, 'cause Hasbro might always just pull something out of their collective butt for it.
