Your banker must be wise cause that's what a failing business does. They take forever to ship cause they are paying off their debts and using whatever funds left to fill old orders. Kinda like a ponzie scheme.
Maybe they are right to blame covid-19 as their downfall. Honestly as an accountant I would love to see their numbers and see if they are bringing in a profit. I'm glad I didn't invest in their company though.
