This time I went with a much simpler transformation.
It's basically a hybrid between a backwards Vehicon and Combiner Wars First Aid.
I have some 3d printing credit, so I just need to decide which I want as the base and then print out some parts for the custom.
I can't shake the feeling that I'm missing an obvious base that transforms like this. Something from the movie line perhaps? Anyone have any ideas?
