An update on the minifigure I posted earlier.
This morning I tried to remove the arms and they just snapped right off, it's one of those brittle blue situations I guess. Parts were from 2007 like I guess and I'm assuming something went wrong with a batch of plastic they used and it resulted in their blues being brittle that year.
Look at the arms compared to arms from a minifigure that's from the early 1990s that still looks like the same color it did when it was originally made, and doesn't snap off or anything.
