Polynians are definitely a degenerate toyline by the pure virtue of being lewd anime toys.
That being said I would say that Queen's Blade Revoltechs are the most degenerate toy line due to actual nudity, a child character, and accessories like a puddle of "boost fluid" or Nanael's "milk".
