They're also historically cunts with me, got told that they couldn't leave slips anymore because the drivers can't risk leaving their vehicles because of the pandemic. They also couldn't call the number to tell me they were there either and the driver just left, no notice or call. Had to take a fucking hour trip out to the goddamn airport to pick up my package which they then tried to withhold from me because they changed the address by trying to ship it back to me two days later and immediately cancelling to hold it. Similar shit happened twice now so I just refuse to ship with them.
