Gorilla Grodd seems like another given as they are making a Flash. Atrocitus and Black Hand would be cool but I'm not sure how relevant the rainbow Lantern stuff is anymore.Solomon Grundy would be great.
Not that I think he would but if he ever wants to really retread his roots it'd be interesting to see McFarlane do new stuff with the JSA franchise since he started doing Infinity Inc early in his career.
A McFarlane Swamp thing and Floronic Man would also be pretty damn awesome.
