Considering how we just got Arethyr this year, you're in for a long ass wait to see him in All-Stars. If you really want him, then get him this year and pray to the CQ gods. Overall, the issue doesn't seem to be as big of a problem as the ogre hip joints, and most people either prayed on some kind of clear coat, dabbed until it was dry, repainted, or just tossed a new belt on they had laying around.
