The instruction book was full of alt builds in cool, atmospheric environments that set my kid mind wandering. The set felt so much larger than it was because of that and I was surprised when I looked it up and learned it was barely over 200 pieces.
This and Iron Giant probably started off my lifelong enjoyment of robots
