Maybe someone else here or on google knows something about it (i know loose arms and probably legs can be made tighter again by using Pledge or something like that and scratched transparent pieces can be made shiny and more transparent by using a different coating)
The helmet of the aquazone figs slides across the face quite a lot when you remove it and put it back on, so either just let it stay on, push the helmet/armour toward his front to minimize friction with his face or maybe give him a smaller headpiece alltogether if you're cool with that. Most headpieces that have printing across the curved tops start to have wear-lines because of the helmets and hairpieces sitting on top of them.
Personally i have less trouble changing out torsos and legs because the "soul" of a minifig is mostly in the headpiece, unless the torso and legs have very specific wear-patterns that i like or have good memories from.
