The Chinese are only concerned with stuff that could be subversive within their own borders; Even Lego's legal victories there haven't done much to stem the tide of KOs.
The other earlier CoD knock-off sets of Americans and MW-style guys have largely disappeared too, though there are new waves of these at least. Maybe we'll get Germans again sometime, I'm hopeful.
