>>10276124Hey dumbass, that's MY pic. While not the best engineering, having to unstick a joint is something EVERY toyline has issue with, the Ogre's just had a few more steps to it. But fixing it once solved the problem permanently and to this day my Ogres all have strong yet flexible hips. None of the releases after that guy have had that problem though.
Of the over TWENTY waves released for the Legions, only one had any serious, actual QC issues.
Of the over 100 figures I personally own, I've had only one accessory break, and it was due to ham-handing.
The 4H make some solid figures, so you saying otherwise is a literal lie.
....you're the "interest free loan" guy aren't you?
>>10276167AI had a few waves after it's initial KS, so people were buying. The original prices for the figures was a bit much, and their hips/wrists were just poorly designed. But for $20 on sale, their Samurai figures were fantastic and came with tons of gear. I think the line failed because they used the same 3-4 characters, just in different costumes and it all felt super lame.
Overall, I've had almost nothing but success using KS. Only one successful project I backed disappeared, while the dozen or so other ones all delivered fun toys. Not including this one, I'm waiting on four other KS to ship out there product, but three of em have already proven to make great figures and can deliver on promises, while the fourth has a lot of trust worthy professionals backing them up.
I'm only in for five of the Crucible figures right now, but I'll certainly bump that up once I have more room in the toy budget. You can usually tell when a KS has potential by how it's set up, and this one is knocking things out of the park with it's first swing.
