So I'm the guy who ordered pic rel and every now and then I look shit up in the archive. Apparently there was some drama about the company and they uploaded some apology video. Can someone give me a summary of what happened? I've read that this has to do with the figures breaking. One thing I've been reassured is that these toys depite having 90s tier articulation are pretty sturdy and playable. What were the QC issues about? I've read stuff about air bubbles in the joints which made them break and the company acted "dismissive" then released another video which I haven't watched and everyone in the comments is clapping. I know the fanbase for this company is rather fanboyish but I also know there's a resident autist who hijacks every thread about the company. This is the only order I've got because I like this character, should I be worried or am I gonna have to deal with QC shit? Does the company send replacements if shit breaks? TY
