Takara has a strong emphasis on show accuracy and doesn't have a rigid class price point, so they can afford to have more paint and sometimes even new tooling. Sadly Takara reveals their versions of molds after Hasbro, which can sometimes be months after the fact.
You have to set your priorities since sometimes Hasbros can be just as good but in a different way. It's all on your own personal taste and how much you want to spend on it, especially when a Takara can go for twice as much or more plus import.
Also you may want to act quickly on those Scourge reissues. They seem to be sold out on almost every site I frequent.
