>>10455515I have been paying attention to most of the IP sets coming out and haven't seen this face in any off them. So my best guess is probably one of the new heads in Build a Minifig stations. I have seen some good parts show up there in the past. These legs made for a good flight suit. I asked around and best I was able to find out was probably build a minifig piece as well.
