There was this game a while ago called Evolve that got some passable action figures made by Funko, during the brief period when Funko tried making actual action figures (a tumultuous time with what must obviously be a tragic backstory, judging by how much work and love went into their design and how little work and love went into their production) and I bought almost the whole set of those to have as Star Wars figures. In the attached image, the Jedi chick is an Evolve figure, the smuggler chick is another Funko action figure from Firefly, and the big chick is some wrestling figure.
I've recently bought a 4 pack of Overwatch figures (for 7 bucks!) with a similar thought in mind. The heads are maybe a little too anime, but I can pop those off and put something else on.
