Absent any subjective opinions about MCU styling, different lights and materials are just going to handle different whites differently. Moon Knight's softer costumes are going to be more forgiving, and look how often his mood is established in deliberate high-contrast lighting with pleasant color balance vs white Vision, who just shuffles grossly between shots that don't help him at all. I'd have preferred a plain suit but I'm happy Moon Knight looks good.
You also have to consider, I mean, people wear plain white suits in movies and TV all the time, man.
