I like TR Arcee because I like the Blurr mold, but 1) she's expensive as fuck and I'm not paying $100+ and 2) it's not an especially faithful interpretation of the character, especially one who still hasn't gotten what I would call a "definitive*" figure (and Earthrise is not going to fit that bill). She also scales very poorly to other existing fembots.
I've been a little obsessed with fembots lately because I enjoy challenging problems and I'm an aspiring amateur toy designer, and I think that Hastak needs to embrace a wider variety of female bodies and alt modes. The original fembots were designed to be sexy women first and toys only much later and I think that was a poor choice. There's a balance to be struck between femininity and being a working toy. I posted this late in the last thread, I hope it can reach some new eyes to offer ideas for improvements.
*T30 is really close, I have some nitpicks, though. I'm interested in trying to Frankenstein a figure together from her and ERcee.
