Have had too many orders to count with them over the years and have only ever had two or three issues that ended up having to be resolved with a refund. The most notable was when I ordered a couple QuanGuan tanks and the tracking showed them processed at a major chinese transit hub, then days later updated to say they had been returned to the sender and shipment was cancelled. Contacted the seller and though they didn't offer any explanation they said to go through the order cancellation process and I got my refund. Was annoyed but ended up getting the tanks elsewhere, weird though.
