The advantage of GH nippers (of any kind) is the quality of the cut, this applies to plastic, resin and even metal.
With resin you are never going to get a cut like SPN-120 makes because you can't cut resin with thin blades, they will break. But with GH resin nippers (RCN-120) you can still make a much cleaner cut (compared to other resin nippers) which means less sanding (=less resin dust).
