He usually gets paired with Evil-Lyn but I think the key issue there is she loved Keldor, not Skeletor, and being duplicitous and treacherous is just fundamental to their dynamic.Indeed. Filmation and some of her scant appearances in mini-comics (6 total) made it clear that her disloyalty was a key part of their dynamic.
There wasn't strong evidence that they were more than boss and disloyal employee until Meg Foster wanted to add depth to her role, which got picked up by 200X as a romance with Keldor that the undead Skeletor never returned.
As far as Crita, she had two looks and I'm not sure how to make her stand out better. There's definitely something off about her high heel pumps and legwarmers.
