Plus his design is actually unique and distinct enough to be fondly remembered 12 years after his initial release. As great as Siege Prime is, he's just another G1 stylized Prime released along other G1 Primes like Cyberverse, PotP, and the Bumblebee movie Prime. He'll just be remembered as that G1 Prime with the battle
damage.
Hasbro is flooding the market with G1 designs and it's worrying. Consider how many G1 styled Primes we're receiving. Cyberverse, Siege Voyager, the teased Siege Leader class, the Bumblebee movie design, the G1 reissue, and the new MP44. Hasbro is afraid to take risks now with the brand and it's going to get stale real soon.
