Their point redemption and shipping isn't as good as it used to be. You can only use a percentage of your points on a single item/order, instead of being able to blow them all on one transaction. The free shipping on $150 now only covers orders that cost that much, AND ship out at the same time. If you spend over $150 on a single order, but if each item ships out at on different months, you'll have to pay shipping on each package.
TOM Premium usually isn't worth it, unless you're buying a ton of stuff from them each month. Note I did use it last year, because I bought deluxe TP Link, Bikini Mokoto, Yukata Emily, & Sweater Chiaki together, and between the points I already had, the points you get from joining, a coupon, the free shipping, and the discounts, the whole thing came out to about $52 for each.
Beware of shipping. I choice the "don't pay anymore for shipping" option and I'm still waiting on Chiaki (ordered her in the end of November 2020) I haven't bought anything from any of the other usual stores since before the outbreak, so I have no idea how it compares in terms of price and speed.
