That can be done in MOCs, but it's considered illegal because it damages the LEGO logo.
I've been thinking about that, a simple solution would be to do something like that injection point of the Megablocks piece, and write the LEGO logo "inside" the stud. Or maybe carve the LEGO logo inside the stud.
I believe something like pic related would solve the case, notice how the logo is actually "inside" the stud. That wouldn't break the visual identity either.
In another subject, I remember I had a piece with the sausage LEGO logo, that piece logo was pretty cool, I believe it's a very old piece.
Do you know which piece was that? That was definitely LEGO, it was too high quality.
