'Howlback' is arguably the best part of the whole thing - Soundwave is hollow, lacking in articulation (no waist or wrist rotation, and no ankle rockers), and made of cheap-feeling plastic, and the two humans are...well, you'll have to ask someone who knows and cares about the G.I. Joe franchise for a more accurate assessment on them. Apparently, all the love went into making the car mode faithful to its original toy and not into the 'Transformers' half of the crossover, so the cat (which was recycled from the Masterpiece mold and thus was all Transformer from the start) is the only part that feels like any effort was put into it; I imagine it's the human figures that are going to start popping up on the secondhand market for cheap, and not 'Blue Ravage'.
