Each of the three Megazords have a nitpick to me. The Dino Megazord doesn't come with his shield. Each of the others technically have two accessories (Thunder and Ninjakon have swords and sheaths, Galaxy has sword and Condor) so I would think a Mastodon shield could have been included for the price.
Thunder Megazord has almost no outward arm movement, which I get is due to his shoulders, but I still feel like they could have placed the joints in a way that allowed for more range.
The Galaxy Megazord has an unfortunate oversight in the way the Condor attaches to it's back. Had the peg been on the Condor and the hole on the back of the figure, the figure would have been able to hold the Condor as a weapon. As is it won't be able to hold the Condor unless you plug something else into the hole which will fit in his hand.
