The black-uniformed fig is one of the six that came with it, alongside a Mega CoD-scale soldier and a traditional Lego-sized minifig (the tank's figs are of the newer design with knees and ball joints for the arms). All three figs feel rather small compared to the beast; if anyone is better at eyeballing and estimating scale I'd be interested in an educated guess cuz it's bigger than the typical 1/35.
Also note that the copied Cobi hatches are a bit too narrow for a Lego minifig to fit through easily, Cobi's minifigs being skinnier.
