>>10696399Sanding is not ao bad, start with a lower grit to remove the nubs, then go up higher to smooth it over. The glass files work a little better, not as harsh as metal files but still removes nubs and leaves a glossier finish. Key is dont press down hard, light pressure down, more force back and forward, but really you want to move outwards in one direction to minimize the chance of over sanding.
As for panel lines, those are the channels in parts, not the seam line where parts meet. I think they mistook shadow for panel lining.
