In the end actually, I think I'm just gonna buy the new fig's torso by itself; the leg printing makes him look more goofy/cartoony with the printed underwear, whereas the old figure's plain gray legs with the black hips left more to the imagination.
Think I'm also gonna make myself a custom Robin too; the 2012-onwards red torso is basically the same design but way more common, I could just swap the arms out for green ones, and there've been tons of Robin heads over the years with a green mask.
