There's something to the stature. The way the shape of the helmet meets the shape of the shoulders.

I can report that Classics Astrotrain is far from the most dancingest toy out there.
He's missing a few pieces of articulation.
Including waist, wrists and ankles, obviously.
No thigh or bicep swivels, but he does have a swivel below the knee and ball elbows. That's sort of the same, right?
Astrotrain has that signature bit of Transformers design where the thigh is one fifth as long as the boot.
People gripe about the train panels sliding back of the arms. But if you put just the tiniest natural bend to the arms that stops happening.
