But, this being a display cabinet, you would want the light to be reasonably away from the things you are trying to display and covering a reasonably wide area, and that means you are looking at at least 10-20W UV source, which is not "dinky".
The alternative would be UV lasers (which *are* a thing), pointing at exactly the patches of paint you want to light up, but good luck with that setup.
