I think there's a lot of room there for diversity in sets, and it's already sort of been explored through the past year's Chinese lunar new years sets (even if it's just to cash in on the big Chinese markets). Many of the figs in picrel are obviously Chinese coded, but still plausibly deniably aracial. I'm sure there's a bunch of little chinese kids who feel represented by these sets when they didn't in the past, and that does unironically make me feel happy.
