I still prefer the old style and the cannisters myself, but undeniably the new dinosaurs are way ahead of the dino island specimens in articulation and customization. Kind of like a reverse elephant, and pretty comparable to the cannister dinos who use the same system as the elephant.

So pieces with bar ends are the only option. the 1x1 round tile with bar might work well here?
