I also got the Ranch Hand but I thought he looked too dopey so I'm using him as fodder. That guy on the left with the Marauder's head is made of a kitbash of him and one of the blanks. I might turn him into Arthur Morgan. I popped on some spare white shirt forearms from the Marauders suit guys. I'm going to pop off his feet and replace the Marshall's boots because it bothers me that he doesn't have spurs, I'm gonna add the collar from the fireman too. I'm going to make a Dutch van der Linde out of the Man in Black, leftover Ranch Hand fodder, and that loot bag with the bowler hat.
The soldier's head came from that package of heads but its the same as the fireman's. The hat was from a Wild Bill. As you can see, I finally got it to fit-- I just hit it with the blowdryer and stuck it on there and the hole expanded.
