Why not talk about fun figures rather than speculating who is who on an anonymous imageboard. You have all the history of Marvel Legends and even other lines at your fingertips on the internet. It's a waste to bring up human drama.
Like look at this cool Cloak figure, with lovely paint deco. If I had been collecting Legends in 2016 I would've gotten it.
