On the other hand I could very much imagine something like pic rel, with little System sceneries added to expand on the world and on playability for kids. Imo this would be the best way. Even collectibles would still be a possibility to generate extra profits.
But we all know that Lego wouldn't make new figures, even if the rest of the sets could be regular System.
Lego, the incompetent shits they are, are simply not capable to release System Bionicle. You just know it would end up looking like shitty mechs with no funcioning knees or elbows and grey mixel joints for the rest. Add stickers to that so that even if you keep the toys behind glass, it's gonna look shit in a few years time.
So fuck Lego, I don't want them to try again at all.
