>>10505108Huge. It's the difference between slice and crush. The Gundam Planets in this pic are single blade, the Tamiyas are double. Single blade means easier cleanup, sometimes even no cleanup at all, and much less stress marks. But you gotta take good care of them, good single blades are expensive and fragile tools.
Also, not all single bladed nippers are made equal, I have had ones that cut poorly. Stick to something established and proven, like Gundamplanet or Godhand.
