Have gotten a few hybrid figures from Ali, this might be one too?
Pic related, number 7 consists of a head from Decimus from UNSC Frostraven vs. Decimus; left pauldron from Banished Brute from a few possible sets; rest from Atriox from Halo Heroes Series 3. Wish I could remember how it was packaged, might've been the same way.
