>>10403427>it's turning out to be a little soulless i think... any tips would be welcome :(Looks good overall, anon. There's nothing really "wrong" with it. If you want autistic advice...
>move market to the right sideAs it stands, the one on the left in particular seems to cover up the entrance to the fort.
>add some more varied colorsThe main color you have outside of the flags is green. Green is good. But everything else color wise is drab. Without some more contrast outside of green, it can be easy to get lost
>maybe adjust the fortJust if you want to. Either the color or the shaping. i really like the orange bricks you have tucked away behind the plants. Do more of those maybe. Or adjust the shape/texture. If you don't want it too colorful, consider adding a brown Tower behind the wall. Maybe that tower could have fancier or more colorful trim. Like if you look at the 3 in 1 castle, it's not strictly stone. There are wood sections with yellow walls and blue roofs. I know you're working with limited space on that shelf but you can do a facade like the building on the right (which I actually really like)
>consider adding a backdropThe main "issue" isn't the build so much as the shelf. It's not awful or anything but white backgrounds easily suck out the life of any build. Lego knows that. Look at pic related. The build itself isn't super colorful but the background makes up for that. You're already doing something similar with the water to nice effect. It's as easy as tacking on some construction paper (throw on some clouds and bam, soul sky). If you are super autistic , take the book shelf outside and get a rattle can of spray paint and paint the sky.
